Create an Account

You must be 18 or older to sign up. Tick the age declaration, accept the terms, enter a valid email, verify the received code and choose your language. If delayed, check spam and use resend.

Find a Book

Browse Home categories. Select a cover to see the title, author, description, pages, formats and rating. Listen is offered when an audio edition is available for the book.

Subscribe

Open My Subscription, choose an available payment method and confirm. The subscription grants access to reading books and listening to available audio editions after secure provider confirmation. There is no automatic renewal unless clearly stated before payment.

Read or Listen to a Book

With an active subscription, select Read to open the text. Use Previous and Next at the top or bottom of the reader. The page number and reading progress synchronize automatically.

For an available audio edition, select Listen from the book card, its details or My Library. The audio player offers play and pause, seeking, 15-second skips and speed adjustment. Listening progress is saved separately from text progress and synchronized when connected.

My Library

Reading or listening automatically adds a title to My Library. Add to My Library saves it for later without starting to read or listen. Text and audio progress are tracked separately.

Prepare Offline Reading and Listening

Offline mode lets you read texts and listen to audio editions already saved on the device being used. It does not make the rest of the website or App available without Internet.

With an Internet connection and an active subscription, open the text and select Save for offline reading. For audio, open Listen and select Save for offline listening. Wait for confirmation that each required copy is ready before disconnecting. Sufficient storage space is especially important for audio files.

Text and audio must be saved separately. To read or listen to the same book offline on a phone and a tablet, prepare the required content on both devices.

Without Internet, open My Offline Library in the App, then select Read Offline or Listen offline for the content prepared. Only texts and audio files saved on that device with valid access rights are available.

Features That Require Internet

Internet remains required for account access, the catalog and categories, adding new books, subscriptions, payments, purchases, available PDF/EPUB/MP3 downloads, initial preparation of offline texts and audio files, notifications, synchronization and updates.

Offline reading and listening remain subject to subscription rights and periodic reconnection may be required. Uninstalling the App or clearing its data can remove local copies and progress not yet synchronized.

Trouble Listening or Saving Audio?

If audio is unavailable, check that an audio edition exists for the selected book and language, then check your connection and subscription. If playback is silent, also check the device volume and selected audio output.

If saving for offline listening is interrupted, reconnect and use the resume command offered. Parts already saved may be reused. Free up space if needed; if the audio has been replaced, prepare its new edition.

If the issue persists, use Report a Problem and include the title, language, device, displayed message and whether online or offline listening is affected.

Buy and Download PDF, EPUB or MP3

Purchasing a book for download is separate from the subscription. PDF and EPUB are included, along with MP3 when an audio edition is available. After payment, open My Downloads, choose one of the available formats and download the file during the access period shown.

Rate a Book

Rate a title from its details after your reading or listening experience. You can update your rating; the average is recalculated from user ratings.

Forgot Password

Use Forgot Password, enter the received code and choose a new password. Never share the code.

Settings and Update

Settings lets you change language or password and update the site/App when the device holds an older version.

Interrupted Payment

Do not pay twice. Reload My Subscription or My Downloads; the server reconciles the transaction when provider confirmation arrives.

Use support for a bug, account, subscription, payment, library, reading, audio listening or download issue. Up to five images or PDFs may be attached.
