These Terms govern the use of Ovotus, a digital library available online, with offline reading limited to books previously saved on the device, and by download according to the rights obtained.

You must provide accurate information and have the legal capacity to subscribe or purchase a book. A minor must obtain any required consent from a legal guardian.
Sign-up and password recovery use temporary codes sent to the provided email. You are responsible for your password and account activity.
Sharing, selling, lending or misusing an account, or bypassing access controls and technical limits, is prohibited.
Books are grouped by category. Some titles may only be available in selected countries because of editorial choices, distribution rights or applicable obligations.
Ovotus may correct, update, hide or withdraw a title and may change category or book ordering.
The 18+ category is reserved for adults. Access requires confirmation that the reader is at least 18 years old; minors must not open or use this category.
Adult content remains subject to applicable laws and distribution rules. Illegal content, sexual exploitation, abuse and any sexual content involving a minor are strictly prohibited.
An active subscription grants reading access to titles included for the account and user country. It transfers no ownership right in the books.
Subscriptions do not renew automatically unless this is clearly stated before payment. When access expires, protected online and offline reading is suspended until reactivation.
Opening a book for reading automatically adds it to My Library. It can also be saved without immediately starting to read.
Ovotus may store the page, chapter and progress so reading can resume. Removing a title from My Library does not erase a separate purchase or a mandatory record.
The words “offline reading” apply only to reading, inside Ovotus, books previously saved on the device being used. They do not mean that the entire website or App works without an Internet connection.
Preparing a book for offline reading initially requires an Internet connection and active reading rights. Each copy is stored locally on one specific device: a book prepared on a phone is not automatically available offline on a tablet, computer or another phone.
An Internet connection remains necessary, in particular, to create an account or sign in, browse or refresh the catalog, add a new book, subscribe or verify a subscription, make a purchase or payment, download a PDF or EPUB, synchronize progress, receive notifications and install updates.
The protected technical copy is solely for reading inside Ovotus and is not a transferable PDF or EPUB. It may become unavailable when rights expire, after an extended period without reconnecting, after uninstalling the App, clearing App or browser data, or manually removing it. Periodic reconnection may be required to validate rights and receive book updates.
Purchasing a PDF or EPUB is separate from the subscription. Price, format and download conditions are shown before payment.
After payment confirmation, Ovotus prepares the file and provides temporary access in My Downloads. The file is licensed for personal use; resale, public distribution and unlawful sharing are prohibited.
Transactions are handled by the providers displayed for the country and availability. Ovotus does not store full payment-card numbers.
Access or purchase is activated only after reliable provider confirmation, including server verification or webhook. Interrupted transactions are reconciled when confirmation arrives.
A rating must reflect a genuine experience and must not manipulate ranking, harass an author or contain unlawful material.
Ovotus may remove fraudulent ratings or limit the feature to protect catalog integrity.
Texts, covers, illustrations, layouts, trademarks and files remain protected by their authors, publishers or rights holders.
Unauthorized copying, automated extraction, protection removal, redistribution, adaptation or exploitation is prohibited.
Ovotus may restrict an account for fraud, disputed payment, rights infringement, abuse, technical attack or violation of these Terms. Sensitive features may be suspended during review.
Maintenance and network interruptions may occur. Ovotus works to preserve progress and restore access but cannot guarantee permanent availability.
Permanent account deletion is available in Settings and removes associated data from active databases, subject to records required by law, security or transactions.
